DELAYED: Phase Two Watermain Installation

REVISED Public Notice:  E Pennsylvania Avenue Watermain Replacement Phase 2 (Light Street to Loudoun Street) to begin construction in 2 to 3 weeks.  Delays are due to recent weather and the availability of the contractor to begin.  Any further updates regarding timing of construction and associated traffic disruption on E Pennsylvania Avenue will be provided once date is certain.
