Welcoming Rebekah Long – New Utility Billing and Administrative Services Manager

The Town of Lovettsville is excited to introduce Rebekah Long as our new Utility Billing and Administrative Services Manager. Rebekah grew up in Clarke County, but has worked, “over the mountain,” for over 30 years in a variety of logistics and office positions, with the last five years in the Loudoun County Treasurer’s Office. She is a mother of three, a grandmother of four, and would love to show you pictures of them, and her land in Tennessee. Rebekah says, “I look forward to working in a department that has the same hometown vibe I grew up in, and I look forward to getting to know the people I will service and work with face to face.” She notes that her husband grew up in Lovettsville, which makes this position extra exciting.
