Water Tower Effigies

The Town has partnered with the USDA to hang effigies on our water tower to deter the local vultures who have been roosting there. Their secretions damage the water tower paint, and this is a method the Town has used in the past to deter them. Anyone remember the inflatable orcas from 2016?
