Twenty-three years ago, on September 11th, 2001, life for every American changed. Lovettsville has observed Patriot Day in some way since its first designation in 2002. This year, we will continue to honor those that lost their lives with moments of silence at the respective times throughout our observance. We would be honored if you would join us as we pay tribute to those that rose to the occasion on that day, and remember those who were lost to this act of terrorism.
