To create a new residential water and sewer account in your name, please complete the Water/Sewer Service Application and bring it in person to the Lovettsville Town Hall, along with with your $100 deposit (made payable to the Town of Lovettsville) and a photo ID. New commercial and non-residential accounts require a $200 deposit.
