Council adopts Fowl & Livestock Ordinance

On December 15, 2022, Council adopted an ordinance allowing people to keep chickens, ducks and livestock on their properties in Town. Previously the Zoning Ordinance permitted farm animals in limited agricultural areas of the Town. The new amendment sets certain performance requirements to avoid impacts on the neighbors.
