Lovettsville Receives 5-Year Permit through Department of Environmental Quality

After a rigorous certification process, the Town of Lovettsville has received a 5-year permit through the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Environmental Quality. This permit provides Authorization to Discharge under the Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System and the Virginia State Water Control Law. The Town of Lovettsville would like to thank all members of the Utilities Staff for all their hard work in ensuring that our water is safe and state/federally compliant to be discharged to state receiving waters.
