S. Church St. and E. Pennsylvania Avenue Construction Update

The construction work to install storm drainage structures along S. Church Street and E. Pennsylvania Ave. was temporarily delayed due to the discovery of an unmapped utility. That issue has been resolved, and work will resume this week, beginning Wednesday, November 2nd, and continuing until mid-December. E. Pennsylvania Ave. will be closed between S. Church and S. Light Streets from 7am – 6pm Monday – Friday. Other sections of Pennsylvania Avenue may also be closed intermittently as necessary. Thank you in advance for your patience.
