TOWN OF LOVETTSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: PLANNING COMMISSION

2023-2027 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

Pursuant to Va. Code § 15.2-2239, the Lovettsville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing
on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 6 East Pennsylvania Avenue, Lovettsville, Virginia, to solicit public comment on the proposed Fiscal Year 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).

The final requested funding amount of the CIP will be included in the Town Manager’s Fiscal Year 2023 Proposed Budget scheduled to be presented to Town Council during their regular meeting the evening of January 20, 2022, at 6:30 P.M.

All persons desiring to speak will be given an opportunity to do so at this meeting.

Copies of the proposed CIP with a complete list of projects are available for review at the Town Hall
between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm weekdays or by special appointment, holidays excepted. Call 540-822-5788 for more information or visit www.lovettsvilleva.gov. In the event the meeting is cancelled, the public hearing will be convened at the next regular scheduled meeting at the same time and place.
