Loudoun County and the Town of Lovettsville have partnered to develop more than 90 acres of land into a community park that extends  from behind the Lovettsville Elementary School to East Broad Way across from the Lovettsville Community Center. The first phase of project was completed in 2017 and includes improvements to the intersection of East Broad Way and Milltown Road and the installation of a walking trail connecting the Lovettsville Community Center to the Lovettsville Elementary School. Long term plans call for ball fields, off-leash dog park, additional walking trails, amphitheater, and equestrian riding ring and trails.
